Sue Naegle is an American business executive. She was the President of HBO Entertainment from 2008 until 2013, when she departed and formed her own production company. In August 2012, she was recognized as the 46th most powerful woman in the world by Forbes Magazine. She was married to comedian Dana Gould and has three daughters adopted from China.

Naegle grew up in Rockaway, New Jersey and attended Morris Hills High School.

Naegle graduated from Indiana University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in telecommunications.
