Bonita "Bo" Griffin (1959 - February 16, 2010) was an American television and radio personality from Greenville, South Carolina. She is best remembered for her exuberant and buoyant personality.

Griffin was a host on several South Florida radio stations, including Power 96 and Hot 105FM, as well as a stint on WSPA-FM as morning host from 2005-2007 in her hometown of Greenville. In addition to radio, she also appeared on the travel series Blue Ribbon on Turner South and The Big Reveal on HGTV.

After leaving South Florida, her TV personality blossomed, appearing on Good Day Live and GSN Live. In 2001, she was a correspondent on Extra.

In January 2010, Griffin was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. She died from the disease in her hometown of Greenville, South Carolina, aged 51.
