Vanessa Vadim (born 28 September 1968, in Paris) is a French American independent producer and cinematographer. She is the daughter of actress Jane Fonda and French filmmaker Roger Vadim.
In the 1990s she co-founded MayDay media with Brown University classmate Rory Kennedy.
