Thomas Joseph Myslinski, Jr. (born December 7, 1968, in Rome, New York) is a professional American football strength and conditioning coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was strength and conditioning coach for the Cleveland Browns until the end of the 2009 season. He is also a former National Football League offensive lineman. He was originally drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the 1992 NFL Draft and played nine seasons in the NFL for seven different teams.
Myslinski played college football at the University of Tennessee and was a letterman in football and track & field. He started at offensive guard for back-to-back SEC championship teams (1989-90) and was also a member of the 1991 NCAA Champion track & field team.
Myslinski was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the fourth round of the 1992 NFL Draft and was waived on September first.
He was waived on October 11, 1992.
On April 7, 1993, he was signed by the Buffalo Bills. He was waived on August 31. On September 1 he was re-signed.
On December 1, 1993, he was signed by the Chicago Bears.
He was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 1995 NFL Expansion Draft from the Chicago Bears roster.
On August 28, 1996, he was re-signed by the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was waived on August 26, 1996.
On February 20, 1998, he was signed by the Indianapolis Colts. He was limited by a rotator cuff surgery to four games and was not to re-signed.
On September 24, 1999, he was signed by the Dallas Cowboys.
On April 8, 2000, he was signed by the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was waived on September 1, 2001.
Myslinski has served as a strength and conditioning coach for football at a professional and collegiate level. He developed the “Tunch Punch Ladder” hand agility pad.
