Richard Delano Campbell (born December 21, 1958 in Miami, Florida, United States) is a former National Football League quarterback who played for the Green Bay Packers (1981-1984). During this season, he set an NCAA record with 43 completed passes in 53 attempts in a losing effort against the Florida Gators.

In 1985, the Packers traded Campbell to the Los Angeles Raiders, where he would never play a game. Campbell has since become a newspaper columnist at Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers.
